Is it permissible to delay the morning adhkar until after Dhuhr due to being busy, waking up late, or fatigue?
Source: FtawySummary from Ftawy's records · added here Sep 2, 2026
Morning and evening remembrances (adhkar) are recommended, not obligatory. Their preferred time for the morning is from Fajr prayer until sunrise, and for the evening, from after Asr prayer until sunset. One who omits them does not incur sin. And one who recites them outside their prescribed time does not incur sin, even if they miss the virtue of the preferred time. And the supplication of the remembrances may be answered even if it is not recited at its preferred time.
