Are men who bypass the "I swear by Almighty God that I am a woman" section to register in a women's forum, knowing that it is designated for women only, sinful, and does this oath have any legal (Shar'i) value? And what is the ruling on the owners of women's forums who permit men to register, even though the forum promotes itself as "for women only"?

Whoever falsely swears by Allah that he is a woman while he is a man is considered sinful, and his oath is a "Ghamus" oath, which is one of the major sins. As for the owner of the forum who permits mixing that leads to committing what Allah has forbidden, he is also sinful. Therefore, the forum must be monitored, and the subscriptions of men should be canceled if their presence is confirmed, while adhering to the regulations for establishing and supervising forums.
