Your husband is not permitted to be in seclusion with his female manager or any other non- woman. Seclusion between a man and a non-mahram woman is forbidden, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "No man is to be in seclusion with a woman unless a mahram is with her." If avoiding impermissible seclusion is not possible except by leaving the job, then he must leave it.
