Is it permissible for a wife to pressure her husband to leave his job, where he is alone with his beautiful, unveiled female manager, due to her intense jealousy, or should she be patient?

Your husband is not permitted to be in seclusion with his female manager or any other non-mahram woman. Seclusion between a man and a non-mahram woman is forbidden, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "No man is to be in seclusion with a woman unless a mahram is with her." If avoiding impermissible seclusion is not possible except by leaving the job, then he must leave it.
