Is 'Umar ibn 'Abd al-'Aziz considered to be among the Rightly Guided Caliphs mentioned in the hadith: "You must adhere to my Sunnah and the Sunnah of the Rightly Guided Caliphs"?

Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz was virtuous, religious, and knowledgeable. Some scholars called him the fifth Caliph, but he is not among the Rightly Guided Caliphs mentioned in the hadith, who are: Abu Bakr, Umar, Uthman, and Ali. The Rightly Guided Caliphate lasted thirty years, encompassing these four unanimously.
