Is it permissible for a woman to resort to the court to get married after her brothers refuse due to caring for parents, and is it permissible for the brothers to prevent her from marrying despite their ability to care for the parents?

Neither the father, mother, nor anyone else has the right to prevent a woman from marrying someone whose religiosity and character she is pleased with, due to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "If someone whose religiosity and character you are pleased with comes to you, then marry him." Preventing her from marrying a suitable match is an unlawful act of 'adhl (unjust obstruction). If the guardian does not marry the woman to a suitable match, she has the right to go to the Sharia court to have them marry her, due to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "If they dispute, then the ruler is the guardian of one who has no guardian."
