Is it obligatory for me to offer a blood sacrifice to the poor of the Haram after I have performed Umrah, sought Allah's forgiveness, and performed Umrah twice?

One must complete the Umrah if one has entered into the state of Ihram for it, based on the words of Allah the Almighty: (And complete the Hajj and Umrah for Allah). Therefore, one must return to the House (Kaaba) and repeat the circumambulation (Tawaf), the running (Sa'i), and the release from Ihram (Tahalul). The Ihram for the first Umrah is considered void because it is entering into one Umrah while already in another Umrah. However, it suffices for the required Tawaf and Sa'i, and a ransom (Fidya) is required if the head was shaved or hair was shortened in the first Umrah.
