Is blood (a compensatory sacrifice) obligatory for whoever removed his ihram before completing Umrah, then returned to the miqat and entered into ihram again?

Whoever enters into ihram for 'Umrah must complete it, as Allah Almighty says: {And complete the Hajj and 'Umrah for Allah}. If he enters into ihram for 'Umrah, then removes the ihram garments before completing it, returns to the miqat and enters into ihram for another 'Umrah, the second 'Umrah is not valid because he is still in the ihram of the first 'Umrah.

Regarding the prohibitions committed before exiting the state of ihram from the first 'Umrah: - What was of the nature of damage (like cutting hair and trimming nails): For each type, there is one fidyah, which is a sheep to be slaughtered in Makkah and distributed to the poor of the Haram, or fasting for three days, or giving charity of three sa' of food to six poor people. - What was of the nature of luxury (like wearing tailored clothes and using perfume): There is no penalty for it if he was ignorant.
