How can one deal with the continuous interference of the wife's mother, which affects the marital relationship and causes problems, especially since the wife listens to her mother and carries out her words even if it involves disobeying her husband?

The main cause of family problems is the failure of family members to adhere to Allah's Sharia (Islamic law). The husband must adhere to Allah's Sharia and ensure his wife adheres to it by teaching her and applying it. He should initiate reconciliation with his wife and her mother, bring her back home, inform her of her duties towards him, treat his mother-in-law with good manners, and win her heart with respect, veneration, and gifts.
