Your father may demand blood money (Diyya) if the company driver was negligent. The blood money is to be distributed among the heirs like an inheritance. The right of anyone who forgives their share of the blood money is forfeited, provided they are an adult of sound mind. Your father may perform good deeds on behalf of his deceased daughter from his own money or from his share of the blood money. However, this cannot be done from the share of her minor daughters, because the guardian of an orphan may not dispose of their wealth except for the worldly benefit of the orphan.
