What is the ruling on someone reciting the morning adhkar to attendees in a study circle?

The remembrance of Allah Almighty is absolutely required, and it has many virtues, among which are that it is the best of deeds, the purest, the highest in degrees, and better than spending gold and silver, and fighting enemies, and that perseverance in it keeps the tongue moist. As for remembrance (dhikr) led by one of the brothers for those present, it is permissible if it is for the purpose of teaching those who do not know how to perform dhikr. However, it is forbidden if it becomes a specific method adopted as a form of worship, for that is an innovation (bid'ah).
