Is it permissible for the maternal uncle to take the money paid to him as compensation for his nephew's adultery with his divorced wife, given the non-application of Islamic Sharia?

He is not obligated to compensate his uncle financially, as it is impermissible to impose what the Sharia has not enjoined, and it is not lawful for the uncle to take money. The fornicator must conceal his sin and not inform anyone of his transgression.
