The sin of the fornicator is aggravated by the fact that the object of fornication is his uncle's wife, whose honor he is obligated to protect. This act also leads to the disintegration of the family. He must offer sincere repentance. He is not obligated to compensate his uncle financially, as it is impermissible to impose what the has not enjoined, and it is not lawful for the uncle to take money. The fornicator must conceal his sin and not inform anyone of his transgression.
