What is the ruling on benefiting from an intermediary to get a free medical examination at a government hospital, if the cost of the examination is estimated at one hundred dinars?

The matter of knowing the permissibility of exemption from fees refers to the hospital's system and the permission of the employee or official.

If the hospital's system allows the employee to waive fees and perform the examination for free, then there is no blame upon you.

However, if this is not permitted, and circumvention was used to waive the fees, then what you did is not permissible, and the fees remain your responsibility until you pay them, due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Whoever deceives us is not of us, and cunning and deceit are in the Fire."
