First: It is permissible to kiss the deceased, and their bones are pure unless there is impurity on them.

Second: If the deceased is placed in a grave and has not decomposed, then they have a greater right to their grave, and it is not permissible to inter another deceased person with them except out of necessity, in which case the second body should be placed beside the first.

Third: It is not prescribed to bury the deceased in crypts or collective chambers except in cases of extreme necessity. In such instances, it is required that a hole be dug for them in the earth, even if shallow, and that each deceased person be separated from the next by a wall or barrier of earth or wood that covers and conceals them, and that odors and wild animals be prevented.
