How can a مسیار marriage with a widowed woman who has children be concluded in light of her guardian's refusal, and what is the Islamic ruling on this marriage?

Guardians should facilitate the marriage of those under their care, especially divorced women and widows, and not prevent a marriage simply because the woman waives some of her financial rights, as this is her right.
