If you are certain of the exit of pre-seminal fluid (madhy), it invalidates ablution and necessitates istinja' (washing of the private parts). If you prayed without performing these, your prayer is invalid and you must make it up. As for mere doubt and obsessive thoughts, they are not to be given any attention.
