If a girl embraces Islam out of genuine conviction, regrets her past actions, and repents from them, there is no impediment to marrying her. This is because "the one who repents from a sin is like one who has no sin." Moreover, marrying her might yield greater reward if the intention is to help her lead a chaste life and to further solidify her heart in Islam. However, if she has not made a sincere repentance that fulfills its conditions (giving up the sin, regretting it, and resolving not to return to it), then it is not advisable to marry her.
