How can Jesus and Muhammad be considered equal in prophethood, given that the Torah mentioned Jesus in over 600 prophecies despite his birth occurring after it, whereas Muhammad was not mentioned at all in the entire Bible?

The description of Muhammad (peace be upon him) and his prophethood is mentioned in the Torah and the Gospel, confirming the Almighty's saying: "Those who follow the Messenger, the unlettered prophet, whom they find written about with them in the Torah and the Gospel." Narrations from the Companions and the Successors have been reported affirming the existence of these descriptions, and that Allah took a covenant from all prophets that they would believe in Muhammad (peace be upon him) and support him if they lived to see his time.
