What should you do about continuous yellowish discharge after menstruation, and when do you resume prayer and fasting in this situation?

Intentionally abandoning prayer is a grave sin and a tremendous iniquity, greater than fornication, theft, drinking alcohol, and killing a soul. One must hasten to sincere repentance and maintain prayer. If the yellowish discharge is continuous, then menstruation is the known duration of blood. If the bleeding stops and the yellowish discharge is seen, then ghusl (ritual bath) becomes obligatory. For the remainder of the month, the woman is considered to have istihadah (non-menstrual bleeding); she performs wudu (ablution) for each prayer after its time has begun and prays her fard (obligatory) and nawafil (supererogatory) prayers with that wudu.
