How can one combine prayers - such as Asr with Maghrib - due to time constraints at work that do not allow for performing the prayer on time?

Prayers must be performed on time, and work schedules should be organized in a way that does not conflict with this. A believer grieves if they miss out on a good deed, and this grief should motivate them to correct their actions and avoid negligence. It is not permissible to combine the Asr and Maghrib prayers; rather, the permissible combining is between Dhuhr and Asr, and between Maghrib and Isha. Whoever combines Asr and Maghrib after sunset must repent. And whoever prays Maghrib before its time has invalidated their prayer and must count the prayers they performed before their time and repeat them. Efforts must be made to solve the issue of prayer at work, either by agreement with management or by seeking another job. If all avenues are exhausted, it is permissible to combine Dhuhr and Asr or Maghrib and Isha, either by advancing or delaying them.
