Is the father obligated to divide his inheritance among his children to avoid responsibility if his children insist on cultivating intoxicants on land he owns?

It is not permissible for a father to help his children cultivate and sell hashish, because he is obligated to change the evil with his own hand. The father is responsible for his flock and must beware of his children falling into what Allah has forbidden.
