Is the statement, "If my problem is solved, I will return to my life," and what came to mind from reading the Quran, considered a new vow that obligates the previous acts of obedience, knowing that the speaker was in a state of waswas (obsessive doubts) and did not specifically intend acts of obedience? And does performing the night prayer (Qiyam al-Layl) before dawn and supplicating therein change the ruling on the previous fatwa regarding the vow, especially with the continuation of the waswas?

Your words to your sister are neither an oath nor a vow, and we believe that what you are experiencing is merely an obsessive whisper that has reached a great level. We advise you to connect with scholars and obey their fatwas. If a scholar issues a fatwa to you, act upon it and do not pay attention to anything else. Trust the fatwa and act upon it, for if you divert your attention from these whispers, your soul will find ease and what you are experiencing will disappear. Act upon our previous recommendations to be safe from obsessive whispers, and beware of indulging in these whispers because their outcome is very bad.
