Is it permissible to pause at the word "kallā" when reciting Surat Al-Takathur in the first three verses?

A reciter of the Qur’an should know about the pauses (waqf) in the Qur’an and their three categories: the complete (tâm), the good (hasan), and the ugly (qabīh).

The complete: This is where it is good to pause and good to start reading from what comes after it. The good: This is where it is good to pause, but it is not good to start reading from what comes after it. The ugly: This is neither complete nor good.

Pausing on the word "كَلاَّ" (No!) in Surat At-Takathur falls under the category of the not-good pause.
