The answer

If it is proven by the doctors' report that the injection given by the daughter to her father was the cause of death, and she had given it to him without a doctor's order, then she is liable for the expiation of accidental killing and must pay the blood money, due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Whoever practices medicine and was not known to be a physician before, is liable." In this case, the blood money comes from her own wealth. However, if the death was not caused by the injection, or if it was caused by it but with the doctor's order, then there is nothing upon her. In the second case, the blood money would be on the doctor.
