Is it permissible for men to listen to the voice of women in Islamic anasheeds (chants), by analogy with the singing of the two young girls in Aishah's presence on the day of Eid?

It is not permissible for men to listen to the voice of a mature female reciter (munshidah) due to the temptation it presents. The prohibition intensifies if it is accompanied by a musical instrument. As for the two young girls mentioned in the Hadith of Bukhari, they were not mature, so there was no fear of temptation from them due to their young age.
