What should I do if I unintentionally recited aloud during the second rak'ah of Dhuhr prayer?

Your prayer is valid, and the rak'ah in which you did not recite silently is sufficient, because audible recitation in audible prayers and silent recitation in silent prayers are Sunnah. Your prostration of forgetfulness (sujud al-sahw) was better.
