Are the spouses considered siblings by Radha'ah (milk-kinship) if the husband's mother breastfed the wife, and the wife's mother breastfed the husband?

Whoever, among the sons or daughters of two sisters, suckles from the breast of the other, becomes a foster-sibling to all of her sons and daughters. Marriage between them is prohibited, due to Allah Almighty's saying: "and your foster-sisters," and the Prophet Muhammad's (peace be upon him) saying: "Suckling prohibits what lineage prohibits." Consequently, the sons and daughters of the aforementioned two sisters are foster-siblings, and marriage between them is forbidden. Any existing marriage between them must be terminated because it is invalid, as occurred in the story of 'Uqbah ibn al-Harith.
