How can a Muslim woman afflicted by masturbation increase her faith in Allah and repel the imaginations and satanic whisperings related to lust, especially since she is committed to prayer and seeking forgiveness but finds it difficult to overcome them?

You must repent to Allah from this evil deed by abandoning indulgence in fantasies, occupying yourself with what benefits you in your religion and worldly life, associating with righteous women, reducing your free time, avoiding watching or listening to anything that incites lust, and increasing your fasting. Strive in supplication and ask Allah for steadfastness. Maintain your prayers and Qur'an recitation, for perhaps you are among those who have mixed a righteous deed with another evil one, and perhaps your prayer will lead you to abandon this evil. Beware of abandoning prayer, for it is one of the greatest evils. You must also adopt the means to increase faith, such as performing many supererogatory acts of worship, adhering to dhikr (remembrance of Allah), and being keen on seeking religious knowledge.
