Can a woman who has been given a revocable divorce leave the marital home, and does her waiting period (iddah) end with the onset of the third menstrual period, or with its completion and her purification from it?

The 'iddah (waiting period) of a woman observing 'iddah by means of menses (aqra') concludes with her purification from the third menstruation, as stated in fatwa no. 35021.
