Is it proven that Surat Al-Falaq was revealed for the purpose of performing ruqyah on the Prophet (peace be upon him), and did Al-Jassas refute this statement?

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to recite the Mu'awwidhatayn upon himself and blow (with light spittle), especially when his pain intensified. Some exegetes mentioned that the reason for the revelation of the Mu'awwidhatayn was the magic spell cast by the Jewish man Labid ibn al-A'sam upon the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, which caused him severe illness. Then two angels came to him and informed him of the location of the magic in the well of Dharwan. The magic was removed, and Allah Almighty revealed the Mu'awwidhatayn. So, whenever the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, recited a verse, a knot would be untied, and he would feel lightness until he was cured. A number of scholars, such as Al-Baghawi and Al-Qurtubi, held this view, and Al-Albani confirmed the authenticity of the addition regarding Gabriel's descent with the Mu'awwidhatayn.
