What is the share of each heir from the deceased's estate, if the heirs are: one full brother, two sons of a paternal half-brother, three sons of a full brother, and nine sons of a paternal half-brother?

If the heirs are limited to a full brother, he inherits all the wealth, because he is an asabah by himself, and there is no sharer of فرض (fixed share) with him, nor is there a closer asabah. The asabah by himself inherits all the wealth if he is alone. It must be noted that inheritance issues are complex and intricate, and it is not sufficient to rely solely on a fatwa. Rather, they must be referred to Sharia courts for investigation, as there may be wills, debts, or rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
