What is the share of each heir from the deceased's estate, if their heirs are as follows: one full sister, and four full paternal cousins?

If the heirs are limited to a full sister and sons of a full paternal uncle, the full sister receives half, according to the Almighty's saying: "If a man dies, having no child, but he has a sister, she will have half of what he leaves." The remainder goes to the sons of the full paternal uncle.

The inheritance is divided into eight shares: the sister receives four shares, and each paternal cousin receives one share.

It must be noted that inheritance matters are serious and complex, and it is not sufficient to rely solely on a fatwa. Rather, such cases must be brought before the Sharia courts for investigation, as there might be an unknown heir, or wills, debts, or other rights that take precedence over the heirs' rights. Therefore, the inheritance should not be divided without consulting the Sharia courts.
