The answer

Whoever affirms Allah as Lord, Islam as religion, and Muhammad (peace be upon him) as Prophet, is considered among the general body of Muslims. They have the same rights and obligations as other Muslims, and the right of Islamic brotherhood is established for them, based on the Almighty's saying: ﴿Indeed, the believers are brothers﴾ [Al-Hujurat: 10], and his (peace be upon him) saying: "A Muslim is the brother of a Muslim; he neither wrongs him nor abandons him."
