How can I pray if the time for prayer has come and I am not in a state of ritual purity (Wudu'), and I am confined to a closed room?

If water or earth is not available in the room, the ruling is that of one who lacks both means of purification (water and earth). If there is no fear of the prayer time expiring, he should wait for the room to open, perform ablution, and pray. However, if he fears the prayer time will expire, he should pray in his current state and then repeat the prayer once water becomes available.
