Is the emission of semen upon attempted penetration and contact with the female organ considered adultery, after a woman seduced a man and took him to her house with the intention of committing adultery?

The fornication that necessitates the ḥadd (prescribed punishment) is the insertion of the glans or its equivalent into a forbidden vagina, naturally desired, without any doubt [regarding its unlawfulness]. There is another type of fornication that does not necessitate the ḥadd, such as the fornication of the eyes by gazing, the ears by listening, the tongue by speaking, the hand by touching, the leg by walking [towards sin], and the heart by desire and longing, which is what is mentioned in the ḥadīth. What this person committed is not considered fornication necessitating the ḥadd as long as he did not insert the glans, but he went too far in sin, and he must hasten to repent and stay away from bad environments.
