Is it more correct to supplicate with raised hands during the resting interval between the two sermons, and what is the evidence for that?

The time of the hour of answering supplication on Friday is between the Imam sitting on the minbar and the end of the prayer. Supplication during this time is permissible. Raising the hands during supplication is permissible, except in cases where it has been prohibited.
