Is it permissible to continue praying Qiyam al-Layl after the time for Fajr prayer has begun?

The time for al-Layl (night vigil prayer) begins after the 'Isha prayer and ends with the emergence of true dawn. Prayer performed after the time of dawn has set in is not considered Qiyam al-Layl, and one should not pray after dawn has appeared.
