Why did Allah not conceal the family members of my friend, especially since she supplicated to Him for that, particularly with some voices being heard from her elderly father?

The acceptance of a supplication is not limited to attaining the desired outcome. There might be an impediment or a defect in the conditions for acceptance. It is advisable to be patient with the one for whom the supplication is made, and to consider his age and circumstances.
