Must one pay the price of the drugs a person consumed but did not pay for, after he has repented?

Praise be to Allah for your repentance, and we ask Allah to keep you steadfast.

It is forbidden for you to pay the price of drugs to the one who sold them to you, because what is forbidden to take is forbidden to give, and its price is unlawful for the seller. The proof for this is that "Indeed, when Allah prohibits a thing, He also prohibits its price."
