What is the legitimate Sharia right of a wife who suffers from fits of rage, beating, and insulting her husband, and claims to forget what happened, given that her family concealed this condition before marriage? And is she entitled to claim the full dower (qa'ima)?

The wife's family must inform the husband of her illness that affects her mind. The husband has the right to annul the marriage upon learning of the illness, unless he explicitly or implicitly consents to it. If the husband agrees to stay with his wife after learning of her illness, and then divorces her without stipulating the forfeiture of any of her rights, then she is entitled to the full mahr (both the immediate and deferred portions) and the list of movables, including gold, unless she agrees to forgo any part of it. Disputes in these matters are resolved through the judiciary, and the specific laws of the country should be referred to specialists.
