Does caring for roses inside and outside the home, by watering them and exposing them to light, increase one's good deeds?

Islam encourages cultivation, planting, and improving the land, as evidenced by the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) saying: "If the Hour comes while one of you has a seedling in his hand, and he can plant it before the Hour comes, he should do so." And his saying: "No Muslim plants a tree or sows a seed from which a bird, a human, or an animal eats, but it will be charity for him." Flowers fall under this merit because they revive and improve the earth and fulfill humanity's innate need to enjoy their beauty and fragrance. Whoever cares for them and seeks reward from Allah will attain goodness and recompense.
