Am I sinful if I leave my deaf, mute aunt, who is ignorant of religious matters, without teaching her, or is it obligatory for me to teach her despite the refusal of my father and uncles, who claim they are accountable for her before Allah?

Those whom Allah has blessed with faith must protect themselves and their families from the Fire by obligating themselves to Allah's command, both in avoidance and compliance, and by repenting from what displeases Him. They must protect their families by disciplining them, teaching them, and compelling them to Allah's command, for every guardian is responsible for his flock. If the family insists on not learning, the Muslim should not obey them, but should teach those in need, be patient, and seek reward from Allah, because teaching becomes obligatory if there is no one else to teach. Abandoning the ignorant to the abominations of the religion must be changed with the hand; if one cannot, then with the tongue; if one cannot, then with the heart, and that is the weakest of faith. This is an obligation by consensus.
