The answer

If the company does not require direct or indirect payments as a subscription or an obligation to purchase its products, and the manager receives a commission for his personal work and supervision, then there is no legal impediment to benefiting from marketing commissions, based on the permissibility of the wage being a percentage of the profit, as is narrated by the Hanbalis.
