Is it permissible to study at a private school specializing in currency exchange and banking that qualifies one to work in a bank, in order to shorten the study period compared to university?

If studying banking and working in banks is not exclusive to interest-based (usurious) banks, then there is no harm in it. However, if it is exclusive to them, then it is permissible if one intends to benefit from it by working in permissible fields. It is not permissible to accept the condition set by the educational institution to work in interest-based banks.
