Is it permissible to study at a university of insurance and banking?

If the university is owned by usurious banks or commercial insurance companies, there is no harm in studying there, provided that the field of study is permissible and free from Sharia prohibitions, even though it is better to avoid it. As for studying subjects related to insurance and banking operations, it is permissible if one intends to benefit from them for working in permissible fields such as Islamic banks and insurance companies.
