Is a man's invitation to his friend who does not pray to perform ablution and prayer without purification, with the aim of encouraging him to pray, correct from the perspective of "make things easy and do not make them difficult"?

It is not permissible for a person in a state of major ritual impurity (junub) to enter the mosque, nor is it permissible for him to pray without purification, due to the Almighty's saying: "O you who have believed, do not approach prayer while you are intoxicated until you know what you are saying or while in a state of major ritual impurity, except those passing through, until you have washed yourselves." His prayer without ghusl (definition) (ritual bath) is invalid, and abandoning prayer is one of the major sins. Ordering him to pray without legal purification is an order to disobey Allah, and both men must repent to Allah.
