What should a wife do if her husband is cheating on her and committing unlawful acts, and she cannot continue with him?

If what is meant by "my husband is cheating on me and loves what is forbidden" is adultery, and you are certain of this, then it is obligatory for you to advise him and warn him about Allah and His severe punishment for the adulterer, and that adultery is one of the gravest sins. If he repents, then praise be to Allah. If he does not repent, then you have the right to seek divorce from him. If he refuses, the judge will divorce you due to harm, for there is no good in remaining with an adulterous husband who betrays Allah and his wife, and there is no good in a marital life based on a lack of trust and discord.
