What is the text and chain of transmission of the Prophet's حديث (Hadith) regarding our mother Hagar's damming of the Zamzam water with earth and stones?

Al-Bukhari mentioned in his Sahih the hadith of Ibn Abbas from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "May Allah have mercy on the mother of Ismail! Had she left Zamzam – or he said: had she not scooped from the water – it would have been a flowing spring." This was when water appeared after the angel struck the ground with his heel, and she began to surround it and scoop from it into her waterskin. "To surround it" (تحوضه) means to make the water like a basin, or to encircle it with earth.
