Why does the Quran not mention male circumcision, the story of Hagar, and the miracle of the well of Zamzam, while the Bible mentions them?

Allah made the Sunnah of the Prophet (peace be upon him) an explanation and detailing of what was summarized in the Quran, and both are revelation. It is mentioned in the story of Hagar and Zamzam that Ibrahim left Hagar and their son Ismail at the Sacred House in a valley without cultivation by Allah's command. She asked him, "Did Allah command you to do this?" He replied, "Yes." She then said, "Then He will not abandon us."

When the water ran out, Hagar and her son became thirsty. So, she began to walk seven times between Safa and Marwah searching for water. Then she heard a voice, and behold, it was Gabriel at the location of Zamzam. He struck with his heel until water appeared, and Hagar began to enclose it. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "May Allah have mercy on the mother of Ismail; had she left Zamzam, it would have been a flowing spring."

Then the tribe of Jurhum came and sought Hagar's permission to settle near the water. She agreed, and they settled there. Ismail then married from among them. Later, Ibrahim came and built the Kaaba with Ismail, and they both said: "Our Lord, accept from us; indeed, You are the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing."
