What is the authenticity of the hadith "The water of Zamzam is for whatever it is drunk for," and the hadith "Whoever is afflicted by a calamity and says: 'Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we shall return…'," and does the second hadith include a worldly compensation?

The hadith, "The water of Zamzam is for what it is drunk for," has varying degrees of authenticity. Among the things that prevent the realization of one's intention is unlawful sustenance. Therefore, the questioner should repent and adhere to taqwa (God-consciousness) so that Allah may provide for him from where he does not expect.
