Are the questions that come to my mind regarding the realization of what I drank Zamzam water for considered doubt that prevents me from benefiting from its virtues, or are they merely satanic whisperings?

A Muslim drinks from Zamzam water with a sincere intention and firm conviction, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Zamzam water is for what it is drunk for." If the desired outcome is not achieved immediately, it may be due to another reason or to avert an evil from him, as the response to supplication varies between the occurrence of what was supplicated for or its compensation.
